I wanted to answer a few frequently asked questions about these packages.

Can I get my money back after I make a purchase?

Yes. You can get a refund on all the nutrition coaching sessions you have used. However, at that time, you will be removed from the online courses as well. 

Are there packages for couples?

Yes. Evening if you have a nutrition coach or health specialist, reaching your nutrition goal can be difficult to reach your nutrition goals. Especially without the support of someone willing to eat healthily with you and not tempt you with foods, drinks, or behaviors that will throw you off your meal plan. BP Training and Coaching offers specials for groups and couples.

Can I make you a meal plan for me?

No. By law, I need to be a registered dietician to be able to give meal plans to clients. This law does not apply to nutrition coaches and other health-related fields that live in the state of Arizona and Michigan. 

The focus of the meal plan we create together is for you to choose an abundance of healthy foods that you pick from an educated decision of what is best for you.

The fitness online course helps you understand what diet it may be best for you based on research.

The nutrition online course also has lessons and tools to help you understand how many calories you burn daily.

Once we both know how many calories your body burns per day, you will know how many calories you need to eat based on your goals.

From there, I will help you pick a food plan to help you reach your goals.
