Self-care is important to maintain overall well-being, but it can be challenging to make it a regular part of our daily routine.

In this lesson, we’ll explore strategies for incorporating self-care into your daily routine, so it becomes a natural and enjoyable part of your life. We’ll also discuss some common challenges and how to overcome them to ensure you are able to make self-care a priority in your daily routine. Lastly, you will build a 12, 16, or 24-week self-care plan at the end of the lesson.

Side note: There are a lot of similarities between the questions in the lessons. All of the questions are to help you develop a self-care plan. Think about how each question will help you develop a self-care plan. Cherry-pick the questions you answer which may be important to building your self-care plan; go back if needed. Your answers to the questions will be implemented at the end to help you build your self-care plan.
