Why do I include the courses?
I built the online courses because I wanted to offer something that would provide a lifetime value for my clients as I go through my fitness journey. As I progress through my journey as a fitness professional, these courses will also change in the future. In addition, I want to provide education about the body and fitness to give you a deeper understanding of how everything interrelates.
I also built online courses to help you make educated decisions about what is best for you during our time together. Making educated decisions about your fitness is crucial to your long-term success.
Lastly, I wanted you to have tools, templates, and resources you can use now and as you progress throughout your health and wellness journey. Your body will adapt, but the science behind the tools stays the same.

In the body course, you will learn

- Where body percentages place individuals within a spectrum of being in an athlete group to morbidly obese
- How to calculate a goal weight and through a strategy of identifying your goal body fat percentage

I wanted to answer a few frequently asked questions about these packages.
Can I get my money back after I make a purchase?
Yes. You can get a refund on all the personal training packages you have used. However, at that time, you will be removed from the online courses as well.
Are there packages for couples?
Yes. Evening if you have a personal trainer, reaching your fitness goal can be difficult without the support of exercising with you. BP Training and Coaching offers specials for groups and couples.
Is it in-person or on Zoom?
All of the meetings will be held on Zoom besides in-person personal training sessions.
Is there any personal training included?
No, personal training will be an additional cost. Personal training can be done in person or on Zoom.
