I would like you to take before, during, and when your last day picture for your challenge. Share them with me if you are comfortable at Brandon@BPTrainingCoaching.com. I will ask you to take progress pictures at the beginning and every other week after that. I will also ask you to take a final picture on the last day of the last week.
I think it is crucial to see our progress throughout our health and fitness journey. It is hard to see the minor incremental changes while we are in the middle of the journey. However, significant changes can come in a very short amount of time if you stay dedicated to your nutrition and stay focused on being consistent in your fitness.
I’d like you to take three pictures: front, side, and back. I believe all three are important because you can see the progress of your body from different angles.
Save these somewhere you can easily access them later.
