Research the foods that are within the diets you are interested.
I would like you to research the foods included in the type of diet(s) you are interested. By now, I hope you have selected a few that you would not mind eating as a lifestyle during our time together and far beyond it.
Now that you know what types of diets are popular by research and the pros/cons of each one you were interested in, I would like you to understand what foods are within the diets.
Go to Google, and type in “Foods that are included in the ____ diet.” The ____ is the type of diet(s) that interest you. As you research each one, I was hoping you could list the foods in each diet that interest you to give them to me in our discovery form later.
The examples below may need to be changed based on how you like to word things.

Your body is affected by the food you eat in numerous ways. Everything that you eat, drink, or consume affects your health, body, mind, mood. It also plays a role in whether you are gaining progress towards your health and wellness goals or not.

Nutrient-dense, low-energy foods are good for you, as you know. They are great for your body, body, mind and beneficial towards your goals. But, I also want you to understand how the food makes you feel after eating it.
Go to Google and research each type of food you listed within the diets that interest you. Then, look up how each kind of food will affect your long-term health, body, mind, mood, and the way you feel after eating it. Finally, write down anything that you that stands out to you. I will ask you later on what you took away from this lesson, so be prepared :).
